You have two options for roofing: standing seam and screw down. All roof options are available in galvalume or a painted finishes. Multiple panel profiles and thicknesses are available for both standing seam and exposed fastener roofs.

Insulation selection depends on intended building use. Standard insulation is vinyl-backed fiberglass. Liner systems and rigid board insulation are also available for climate-controlled applications.

Yes. Stamped structural plans are included. Your local municipality may also require a stamped foundation plan. We can provide referrals for engineers who can help with those services.

Yes. Any building in a coastal area will comply with the Texas Deportment of Insurance Windstorm Inspection Program. Your local windstorm inspector will use the engineer-stamped structural plans and engineer-stamped foundation plans to ensure that your contractor installs the building per the engineer’s requirements.
